My packages weren't delivered.Placed the order on May 10.

I tracked it, it said it was delivered May 13. Well apparently they are directionally challenged. It is now May 20 and still no delivery. I called café press customer service.

I was told I can track it to see where it went... Why should I have to track it ??? they should have to track it. So I'm having another one sent out, but they won't even pay for next day delivery for it.

So my aunt won't get her LATE birthday gifts till the 25!

Her birthday was on the 13th.I'm un-satisfied with their customer service, and un-satisfied with them.I'll never order from them again.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Customer service.
